  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 sheets puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil the chicken breasts in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred once cooled.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with cranberries, pecans, celery, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
