Ingredients

  • Flank steak
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Bacon bits
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate flank steak in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  2. While the steak rests, chop romaine lettuce, halve cherry tomatoes, and dice avocado.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels. Slice hard-boiled eggs.
  4. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, and egg slices. Drizzle with dressing.
  5. Slice rested flank steak against the grain and arrange it atop the salad.
