Description

Pepperoni Cheese Rolls are the ultimate savory snack that brings the classic flavors of pizza into a delightful, portable bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the dough. Layer with pepperoni slices and add garlic powder.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the seams closed.
  5. Slice the log into 2-inch sections and place cut side up on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush olive oil on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
