Ingredients

  • Rustic bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Feta cheese
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread into 1-inch thick pieces.
  2. Layer fresh mozzarella on one slice, followed by crumbled feta, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, and fresh basil leaves. Top with another slice of mozzarella.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle olive oil into the pan.
  4. Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of the bread while grilling for extra crispiness.
