  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream while stirring, then gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in ketchup, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce mixture until evenly coated. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
