- 4 keto tortillas
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sauté seasoned beef until browned.
- Add bell peppers and onions; cook until tender and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Combine beef and veggies in the skillet for one minute, then remove from heat.
- Lay a keto tortilla flat; add a generous portion of the beef-veggie mix topped with provolone cheese. Roll tightly like a burrito.
- Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
