- 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Melt butter, add onions and garlic, and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in garam masala, cumin, coriander, and salt. Add cubed chicken and sauté until coated with spices.
