  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
