Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen corn until well combined.
  5. Layer half of the beef mixture in the greased baking dish, followed by half of the tater tots and half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
