Description

Caramel Apple Taquitos are crispy delights filled with warm spiced apples and rich caramel, perfect for any gathering or cozy dessert night.


Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Firm apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Brown sugar
  • Caramel sauce
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and slice apples into thin wedges.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
  3. Spoon the apple mixture onto one edge of a tortilla, drizzle with caramel, and roll tightly.
  4. Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
