  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup ketchup (divided)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onions, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Add in ½ cup of ketchup and soy sauce; stir until evenly distributed.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ketchup with brown sugar and mustard. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
