Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
