- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes).
- Stir in broccoli florets; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce mixture; toss to coat evenly.
