  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Stir in broccoli florets; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce mixture; toss to coat evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan.
