Instructions
- Cook salmon fillets until they flake easily; let cool and shred.
- In a bowl, combine shredded salmon, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, herbs, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties about 2 inches wide.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully add patties to the pan.
- Cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the sauce, mix yogurt or sour cream with minced garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
