- 2 cups crushed pretzel bites

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In one bowl, beat eggs; in another, crush pretzel bites into fine crumbs.
