  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  3. In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, fresh herbs, and lemon zest.
  4. Drizzle olive oil into the breadcrumb mixture and combine until well mixed.
  5. Generously spread the topping over each salmon fillet; press down gently for adherence.
