  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 fresh jalapeños (diced)
  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for 7-10 minutes until browned and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before shredding.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and paprika until well mixed.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center. Roll tightly while tucking in the sides.
  5. Place taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
