Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in cabbage, green onions, ginger, and garlic; cook until cabbage is wilted (3-4 minutes).
- Mix in soy sauce and adjust seasoning as needed. Remove from heat.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a surface, add 2 tablespoons of filling, fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
