Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken is a comforting dish featuring tender chicken breasts bathed in a rich garlic cream sauce, perfect for both weeknight dinners and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring gently. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well-combined with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot over rice or pasta, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
