- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add minced garlic and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken. Pour in chicken broth until just submerged.

- About 20 minutes before serving, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- Shred the cooked chicken in the crockpot using two forks and fold in the cooked spaghetti until coated in sauce.
