- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 8 oz pasta (farfalle or penne)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1.5 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water in a large pot, then cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until cooked through. Add broccoli florets during the last few minutes for a tender-crisp texture.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with sautéed chicken and broccoli. Stir in Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese until well-coated.
