  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz pasta (farfalle or penne)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1.5 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil water in a large pot, then cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until cooked through. Add broccoli florets during the last few minutes for a tender-crisp texture.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with sautéed chicken and broccoli. Stir in Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese until well-coated.
  5. Grease a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
