  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions
