  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer the potatoes on top of the ham.
  3. Add the green beans and sliced onion.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients until half-covered.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until potatoes are fork-tender.
