- 2 cups fresh carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 medium onion, diced

- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
