- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in soy sauce and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions, using chicken broth instead of water for added flavor.

- In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and sauté for about 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Dice the chicken and return it to the skillet along with cooked rice and remaining chicken broth. Stir to combine and let simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes.
