- 8 corn tortillas

- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chipotle sauce and honey to create the marinade.
- Coat salmon fillets in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
- While salmon cooks, combine pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a separate bowl for the salsa.
- Warm corn tortillas on another skillet until pliable.
