  • 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, half of the cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
