Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then slice into strips.
