  • 6 sausage links (about 12 oz)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: hot sauce, fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage links until browned and fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into another skillet over medium heat and scramble until fluffy, approximately 4 minutes. Add shredded cheese to melt.
  4. Slice slider buns in half horizontally. Layer the sausage and cheesy scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each bun.
