  • 8 tostada shells
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Mexican crema)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions
